These Accurate Visual Representations (AVRs) were produced in partnership with Castle Surveys Ltd. Leicester City Council determined the viewpoints and requested AVR 3 (fully rendered, photo-realistic) imagery. The verified photomontages accurately convey the visual impact of the proposed seven-storey building and were submitted as part of a planning application.
