These Verified Views were created in collaboration with Castle Surveys Ltd. Viewpoints for these Accurate Visual Representations (AVRs) were established by the local authority, who requested AVR 3 images (rendered to a fully photo-realistic standard.) The verified photomontages provide an accurate representation of the proposed six-storey building’s visual impact and were incorporated into the planning submission. A white block model is shown in one image to illustrate another future development which has already gained approval on an adjacent site, thus giving a more complete picture of the context.
