These Accurate Visual Representations (AVRs) were produced in partnership with Castle Surveys Ltd. Leicester City Council determined the viewpoints and requested AVR 3 (fully rendered, photo-realistic) imagery. The verified photomontages accurately convey the visual impact of the proposed seven-storey building and were submitted as part of a planning application.

This Leicester city centre planning project required photorealistic Verified Views and Accurate Visual Representations (AVRs) for a proposed development on Wharf Street. Working alongside Castel Surveys, who supplied all survey control and viewpoint data, the resulting images were produced to the standard required by the Local Planning Authority, precisely contextualising the proposed scheme within its existing streetscape and providing a fully auditable, planning-compliant visual package.
