Moving imagery that brings a scheme to life

Bring your proposal to life before it's built.

Plans and sections only go so far. An animation lets people experience a scheme: how it flows, how it feels, how the light moves through it. I turn plans and concepts into engaging visual stories that architects, clients and end users can all understand at a glance.

Two ways to produce it:

Fully rendered CGI
Every frame is built and rendered from your 3D model or drawings. You get complete control over camera paths, lighting, materials, weather and detail, and the design is represented accurately. This is the route for detailed walkthroughs, planning submissions and anything where the scheme needs to be shown exactly as proposed.

AI-assisted
AI tools are used to speed up production and bring more atmosphere and movement into the footage. It's quicker and more time-effective, which makes it a good fit for early concept communication, pitches and social content, where mood and impact matter more than millimetre-perfect detail. Because the output is less tightly controlled, it's best used where the design is still evolving or isn't being submitted as formal evidence.

Not sure which suits you? Often the answer is both: AI-assisted to test the idea early, then fully rendered once the design is fixed.

What animation shows best:

  • Spatial flow. How people move through and between spaces.

  • Materiality. How finishes and surfaces read up close and at a distance.

  • Lighting. How daylight and artificial light shape the design.

  • Atmosphere. The mood and character of the place, with cinematic clarity.

Where it fits:

  • Early concept communication. Get a design idea across quickly, before the detail is resolved.

  • Detailed walkthroughs. Take clients and stakeholders through the scheme in full.

  • Presentations. Lift pitches, client meetings and consultation events.

  • Planning submissions. Support your application by making the design intent clear to decision-makers.

Who it's for:
Architects, developers and interior designers who need to show clients and end users what a design will be, long before it exists.
